• Allowing any other person to access a non-public area of this Web Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose. Posting of any material that is obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity.
• Post a sexually-explicit image or statement.

User Submissions
SureJobs Ontario does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to this Agreement, SureJobs Ontario may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. SureJobs Ontario has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.

SureJobs Ontario reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating this Agreement or the law and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive.

Use of Information
SureJobs Ontario uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our site, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the site or to better prepare future content based on the interest of our users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our site users like and don’t like based on traffic to host areas. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

By submitting a resume, a job posting or signing up to any website or service in the SureJobs Network you grant the SureJobs Network full permission to send you follow up and other marketing information. Employers and their representatives also grant to SureJobs Ontario and its affiliates the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, communicate to the public and display the name and trademark of their organization and status as a contributor of content to the SureJobs Ontario. Employers and their representatives warrant and represent that they have the authority to enter into this license agreement and that they are the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content and trademarks, and that they have completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to SureJobs Ontario the license stated above. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such content and trademarks submitted to SureJobs Ontario retains any and all rights that may exist in such content and trademarks.

Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by SureJobs Ontario infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked.

Compensation is based on the terms of your chosen Fast Track membership plan.
